Meet the Woman Behind "Bridges, not Walls"
My name is Sascha Vrolijk...
...founder of Project M(e).
I created this course because I was tired of feeling like I was disappearing inside my own life. Something was shifting in my body. I’d wake up drenched in sweat, forget what I was saying mid-sentence, and feel my energy drop out without warning.
The symptoms were challenging but just as hard was the feeling of disconnect from the people I loved most.
When your hormones are in flux and your nervous system is overloaded, finding the words to explain yourself clearly feels almost impossible. And the people around you? Most of them do want to help, they (and you!) just don’t always know how.

That’s why I created "Bridges, not walls".
Not to give you more to do. Not to explain every detail of menopause. But to offer you something so many of us need: a clear, compassionate way to help your partner, kids, family, and even coworkers understand what you’re going through and how to support you. You shouldn’t have to manage your symptoms and everyone else’s expectations alone.

Do I have to be “good at communication” to use this?
Not at all. You’ll get simple language and tools to make it easier, even when you feel scrambled or emotional.
Can I go back and rewatch?
Yes, it's a pre-recorded course so you can always go back and rewatch it.
