I created The (Peri)Menopause Briefing because I know exactly what it’s like to walk into a doctor’s office knowing something’s not right and still leave feeling dismissed, confused, and exhausted.
I’m not a medical professional.

But I am a woman who’s lived through the hormonal chaos, the anxiety, the second-guessing and who spent months researching, asking questions, and figuring out how to finally speak up and get the care I needed.
This course is everything I wish I had when I was in your shoes. It’s smart, simple, and built to help you feel like yourself again starting with just one hour.
